Start - Run Dialog with "control userpasswords2" causes application exception error

    Description

      I started with a freshly downloaded ISO reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-2867-gfb8edf9-x86-gcc-lin-dbg.iso and booted to a working desktop with all defaults.

      Next I clicked on the Start button and selected the "Run" option and entered the following:

      control userpasswords2

      This resulted in an application exception error. the Debug Log is attached as well as the DrWtsn32 dump and two screen shots showing the outcome.
