A redrawing glitch, the slower I drag, the more often it paints white distortion lines

      Reproduction steps

      • VBox 4.3.12 with VBEMP, no installed guest additions
      • install Gecko 2.40 from rapps or during initial setup
      • run our iexplore
      • visit www.opera.com/ie-simple
      • try to scroll down slowly over the pictures

      Expected result
      upon scrolling the pictures should be painted without graphical glitches

      Observed result
      the slower I scroll, the more white distortion lines will appear

      0.4.14-RC-94-g60f8109_whiteDistortionLines.log nothing is logged upon scrolling.

      I have no clue, whether that's a bug in WIN32SS or in Gecko or in iexplore or in VBEMP graphics driver. But my first feeling would point to WIN32SS.

      Is it related to CORE-13149 ????
