Double Commander 0.8.2beta drawing glitches with the scrollcontrols in option dlg

• install Double Commander 0.8.2beta from rapps. This is an app developed with the Lazarus IDE which is Delphi
• open the applications option dialog
• you will see a treeview on the left with subcategories
• whatever subcategory we chose on the left, most will present a scrollarea on the right
• when we scroll those scrollareas on the right side, they do all show redraw glitches. This does not depend on the contents and controls within. All of them seem to be affected
