Regression: Changing screen resolution is not persistent across reboots

    Description

      Environment: QEMU 2.7.0
      Host: Windows XP SP3
      256mb of RAM, 4GB of HDD
      VGA: Cirrus card (don't know if can be reproduced with other cards)

      STR:
      Install ReactOS with screen resolution of 640x480
      Change screen resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768
      Approve changes and reboot.
      0.4.15-dev-2967-g204626f changes are saved, and in next reboot system will keep the selected screen resolution
      0.4.15-dev-2968-gecf3416 screen gets back to 640x480
