THEMING ONLY, redraw issue upon maximize makes FamiTracker very hard to use productively

    Description

      The commit 0.4.15-dev-3086-g236649c reintroduced the problem that is described in CORE-13930 "redraw-issue-upon-maximize makes the app very hard to use productively"
      But it reintroduces this problem only when ros is run with theming.

      Expected result
      0.4.15-dev-3085-g515e0cf_CORE-17754_stillPerfectOutCome_forMaximizing_forBoth_themed_and_unthemed.webm
      This video demonstrates how we could still perfectly maximize the app in themed and unthemed mode

      Observed result
      The classic mode does still work fine in 0.4.15-dev-3086-g236649c!
      But beginning with 0.4.15-dev-3086-g236649c the themed mode with Lunar does not draw many controls in the upper part of the main-view after maximizing until we restore the window again and then move it. That moving will enforce a repaint.
