XMRIG 5.1.1 don't load at the starting process.

    Description

      Software tested: XMRIG 5.1.1
      ReactOS version tested: reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-3270-g143b2a5-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Needs: A wallet or pool that allows you to do CPU mining.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Install ReactOS, decompress the .zip, put the information that you can generate in f.e. https://xmrig.com/wizard in the .cmd, try to mine.

      Issue: The command line hangs in a half-implemented or unimplemented point.

      WARNING:  SetFileCompletionNotificationModes at dll/win32/kernel32/client/file/iocompl.c:39 is UNIMPLEMENTED!
      		 
      (dll/win32/dnsapi/rpc.c:19) DNSRSLVR_HANDLE_bind((null))

      I attached the log with the set DEBUGCHANNEL=+all
