msi costings, 'required space' should have its major impact on the drive where we are going to install

    Description

      Test app is MS Excel Viewer 2007 in german localization from rapps

      Expected result
      With the given install path, it should only "require" space on drive C, but not on drive D

      Observed result
      No matter the path, it is greedy also for drive D: which makes no sense
