livecd crash at usb initialization on Dell D620

    Description

      Happens only when USB ports are configured to work in 2.0 EHCI mode in the BIOS. When ports are set to 1.1 OHCI mode, system boots to desktop without problems.

      Tested livecd revision 0.4.15-dev-3453-ggf89651-x86-gcc-lin-dbg
      "bt" triggers system reboot, so I could not get a trace, sorry
