Try to install apache and run localhost

i tryed with build 3584

Try to install apache:

https://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/apache_2.2.9-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8h-r2.msi

Installation works but if you try localhost you did not get any answer but you get green light in the software service status? if you ping from cmd you get 127.0.0.1 .

Works nice in windows 10.
