ReactOS x64 is not bootable after scsiport change

    Description

      Regression has been introduced in 0.4.15-dev-3494-gac5536a (which fixed CORE-17641), tested with livecd x64.

      According to debug log, LUN devices are not created at all. Debug logs attached for the commit where regression introduced, and for previous one.

      Cc hpoussin, maybe you have some ideas what's happening here.
