Live CD is missing some environment variables

Environment variables such as:

• NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS
• OS
• PROCESSOR_*

are missing in the Command Prompt when booting ReactOS as Live CD.

Comparing with Windows PE 2005 (based on Server 2003), Hiren CD, and POSReady 2009, they all do have these environment variables in the Command Prompt, despite they all run in the MININT (PE) mode.
