AudioMixer, The systray left click mutes the sound if you decrease the volume.

      ReactOS version: 0.4.15-dev-3625-gcfaeaaa-x86
      Description:
      The systray volume icon shows a slicer when left click it. If you decrease the volume, immediately the volume is muted. Might be related to the circumstance of the panned channels and the no relation between stereos and balance slicers.
      Audio mixer needs a renewal.
