VirtualBox 4.3.40: Unable to create a new HDD for a VM

    Description

      When creating a new VM, it is not possible to create a HDD so i can´t pass this point.

      vbox 4.3.40 inside ROS Build 20220106-0.4.15-dev-3635-g2538583) (Commit 2538583dbe13560676ac9bb3dc0911b8a070c1a1)
      Host OS Win 10 21H2 x64, VirtualBox 6.1.30
