Regression, Diablo II demo does not longer run on Win32K-Frankenstein, simply hangs

    Description

      A continuation of CORE-17433.
      All tests were performed on VBox4.3.12 with VBEMP graphics driver. No 3D acceleration, no guest additions.

      Up to ros SVN 75060 it was possible to do the Win32K-replacement as described here
      and then start Diablo II demo from rapps.

      Since SVN r75061 this is not longer possible, due to several issues:
      CORE-17433 has been solved meanwhile
      CORE-11717 has been solved meanwhile

      The remaining problem since then (since 0.4.15-dev-3606-g49bb853) is, that the Diablo II demo just "hangs" right when starting it.
      The current logs and videos even with enabling additional debug channels on various builds can be found here and the comments after that.
      Ftr 0.4.14-RC-121-g5917fa5 plus PR4103 behaves like current master head on 0.4.15-dev.
      So those logs can be used.
