I got error during installation .net framework 1.1 from RAPPS

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.14 release
      My comp is Pentium III 733Mhz 135Mb RAM Integrated video Trident 8Mb IDE HDD
      FAT is BTRFS.

      I got the error "Error creating process <C:
      Documents and Settings\\Administrator
