ReactOS Explorer doesnt remember latest settings

When opening a Folder, the Folder can be configured to show a Treeview (or not), to list its content in Detail/Tile/etc view. When closing the ReactOS Explorer those visualization settings are forgotten so if you open a new Explorer window it opens in the “Default” mode again which is really, really, really annoying.

The proper way is implementing Shell Bags per Path/Folder, however implementing at least a Global Properties in Registry (until a proper implementation of Shell Bags arrives) would be probably a boost regarding UIX.
