Per-folder settings are not saved in Explorer (view mode, etc.)

    Description

      When closing the Explorer windows, the folder settings are forgotten, so if you open a new Explorer window it fallbacks to the “Default” mode again.

      Same is reproduced by hitting F5 / clicking Refresh menu.
