Minor Description
This is a feature request to allow reordering of the "taskbar panes" that show the running applications in the taskbar.
I know Windows does not offer that feature. But I always missed this badly.
My idea is that you can just drag them with the left mouse button and replace them to change their order. Just like the Chrome browser does allow it with its browser-tabs.
Ideally the feature could be turned on/off by a setting in the taskbars settings dialog (or e.g. via the registry) and would be turned off by default.
If we had this feature, I would start to test our explorer on a daily basis on my productive system with XPSP3.
Currently we do not have it yet in 0.4.15-dev-3878-gd9f156e.
