[x64] Capacity number format always shows zero

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Start Live CD x64 or install from Boot CD
      • Open My Computer, open disk properties
      • Expected: Used space/Free space/Capacity values are properly shown
      • Observed: It shows "0 MB" and "0.0 GB" on the right

      There is same problem with RAPPS when showing package size or download counters. Only x64 builds are affected.

      Also it seems there's nothing relevant in the debug log, except some unimplemented CRT functions (log10, pow, atan2), but I'm attaching it anyway: 0.4.15-amd64-dev-4871-g4471ee4.txt
