Unable to install EagleGet 2.1.6.70 (Sticky window)

New ticket compared to CORE-9973 because new problem on a new version :

With reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-4920-g5fa8403-x86-gcc-lin-dbg and EagleGet 2.1.6.70 ( https://filehippo.com/fr/download_eagleget/ or https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche431159-eagleget.html ) : "grey" installer window is "locked" to the mouse cursor. Unable to "drop" the window somewhere.

ALT+F4 + OK to close the installer.... doesn't close it at all.
