Icon alpha channel problem in non-client area

    Description

      Application icon of Undertale game has transparent area around the shape of heart. If the window is focused, the transparent area is filled with magenta, otherwise it's rendered normally.

      VirtualBox 5.2.44, video drivers are installed with 3D acceleration enabled.
      ReactOS 0.4.15-dev x86 MinGW.
