OSK : NumLck / CapsLck / ScrollLck out of sync with keyboard

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5075-g34635e1-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Launch OSK

      • Click "several times" on one of the 3 lock keys
      • OSK indicated gets "out of sync" with real keyboard ("on" in OSK and "off" on keyboard and vice versa)
      • Pressing again once/twice slowly re-synchronize

      Happens with OSK in ReactOS in a VM (QEMU) and same using OSK directly on the host (windows 11)

      Windows XP OSK is imune to this.
