[Virtual PC 2004 SP1] VM Additions: vpc-8042.sys was loaded for a while, now back to i8042prt.sys

This was noticed on CORE-14094.

As a user, this change of behavior "fully fixed" CORE-14094.
As a developer, it feels like there was a regression during that MSI WineSync.
