"DEL" does not delete files in Recycle Bin

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5130-gc1c1279-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Now that CORE-18345 is fixed, delete a file, open Recycle Bin, select deleted file and press DEL. Nothing happens and nothing gets logged

      Note : Using File > Delete or right click context menu works correctly, except for multiple files as per CORE-19238
