RecycleBin : Unable to delete multiple files

reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-6746-g1c4bf2d-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

• Delete 2 files
• Open Recycle Bin
• Select these 2 files
• Right click > Delete ( don't use "DEL" key due to CORE-18435).
• Content is not refreshed automatically (file still shown as present) : CORE-19239
• Refresh
• Only 1 files has been deleted
• Expected result : all files to be deleted
• similar problem when directly deleting files (right click > delete) from c:\RECYCLED in explorer

Strangely logs :

err:(dll/win32/shell32/folders/CRecycleBin.cpp:105) Recycler could not retrieve the icon, this shouldn't happen
