Explorer: Recycler Content not refreshed after file actions (delete)

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-6746-g1c4bf2d-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      While testing CORE-19238 :

      • Delete a file
      • Open RecycleBin
      • Select deleted file
      • Right click > Delete
      • File is deleted but still shown until refresh is forced

      May be due to CORE-13950 and related to CORE-11453

      Same problem occurs with any folder from Explorer
