contents of the quicklaunch bar should be refreshed automatically when an app places its link in there

    Description

      Expected result
      When an app places its icon in the QuickLaunchBar, it should be immediately shown.
      like it is the case for 2k3sp2 and XPSP3

      Observed result
      Currently ReactOS needs an explorer-restart for that to happen.
