"Sound" System Tray Icon does not reflect "mute" status

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5297-gb1854d7-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Open sounds properties
      • Select "Mute"
      •  Sound property show the "mute" icon
      •  SysTray icon remain "normal"

       Expected behavior (WinXPSP3)

      Cause is : https://git.reactos.org/?p=reactos.git;a=blob;f=dll/shellext/stobject/volume.cpp;hb=fa4b38d902d13072b7b982a4411a31cb84ab24b3#l112 

      Due to https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/180b6fb0834038cd558b2791f6afdbf6063ed30c but the #if 0 is no longer needed and the code works fine without ASSERT'ing now.
