Get rid of remaining usage of "FreeMono*", and "DejaVu Sans Mono*" in favor of "Courier New"

We created "Courier New" and the "Lucida Console" fonts during 0.4.13-dev.
What is left to do is trying to delete the remaining "FreeMono*", and "DejaVu Sans Mono*" fonts, and redirect some remaining font substitutions to them in favor of "Courier New" (or alternatively "Lucida Console" where appropriate?)

That may (or may not?) require pimping "Courier New" and/or "Lucida Console" further.
This is about deduplication.
This will save RAM and bring us closer to 2k3sp2 stock fonts fileset.

Today == 0.4.15-dev-5328-g7e9f1e6 this is still left to be done.
