"Internet" desktop icon is not implemented

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5357-g11a7141-x86-gcc-lin-dbg , French , Gecko installed

      "Internet Explorer" desktop icon is not properly implemented (CLSID {871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}).

      Revealed after implementation of CORE-3567:

      •  Internet Browser is checked, while not on desktop (it should be displayed by default, when classic Start menu is enabled)
      • Uncheck "Internet browser", Apply,
      • Check "Internet browser", Apply,
      • Blank icon with "Internet" title is created on desktop
      • Double-clicking on it opens explorer which immediately closes
