Internet Browser on LiveCD: Missing icon, "Comment" in the details view, and it doesn't start, and no icon/wrong name on 1st bootcd session

      reactos-livecd-0.4.15-dev-6679-g945ee4b-x86-gcc-lin-dbg : Missing display of IDS_INTERNET_DESCRIPTION.

      The icon is not correctly displayed since 0.4.15-dev-7691-gf9a5344 .

      LiveCD Log shows :

      err:(dll/win32/shell32/wine/classes.c:539) Cannot open key: CLSID\{871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}\ShellFolder

      Note : Column content is already logged in CORE-19177

      Note : Similar impact on BootCD : CORE-19501

      This ticket should be retested and updated if https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/5743 from DougLyons gets merged with current proposal to remove "Comments" column from Desktop detailed view.
