Blank "Internet Browser" and wrong name on 1st start

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-7848-ga68406b-x86-gcc-lin-dbg on a fresh VM

      On first boot :

      • "Internet Browser" shows an empty icon
      • Name is not translated as it is supposed to be "Navigateur Internet" in French
      • Hit F5 and everything gets fixed
