"File > Display mode" menu misses the correct selection

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5357-g11a7141-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Open a folder
      •  "Context menu > Display mode" shows the correct selection
      •  "File > Display mode" menu does NOT show any selection
      •  This should NOT be in "File" menu (see WinXP screenshot)
      •  This should be but in "Display" menu (see WinXP screenshot)

       Similar to CORE-18429 but for another menu section
