DirectX 9.0c fails to install

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-7024-g60c770d-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Trying to reproduce CORE-13541

      Download DirectX 9.0c from http://www.oldversion.fr/windows/directx-9-0c

      Pre-installation shows "black files" as per CORE-2058

       Installation fails copying ksuser.dll

      Same error even when archive is extracted to a short path such as c:\temp

      Log : putty.log
