      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5402-gf908d37-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      •  .hlp file at the drive root : Full file name in title bar
      •  .hlp file on desktop : file name in title bar truncated

      • Win2K3 : Does not show file name at all

      Fixed by winhlp.patch
