Our explorer.exe ATL-asserts when executed on XPSP3

copy our explorer.exe from 0.4.15-dev-5599-gd992c07 GCC8.4.0dbg RosBE2.2.1 into WinXPSP3 and run it as shell.

It will present an ATL-assertion that can be continued without any further negative effects.

That definitely did not happen in the past. I do assume that it was unhidden when the ATL assertions were enabled by default during 0.4.15-dev'ing. I don't remember the exact commit, but I am sure, that learn_more does still remember, because he was the one who acticaved them. A fingerpoint to the ATL-assert-enabling commit would be welcome.
