Regression, drives properties lacks the volumes name in the titlebar and adds an unintended backslash after drive letter

Expected result
When opening a drives properties dialog, the titlebar would not contain a trailing backslash in XPSP3 and 2k3sp2 and it would properly display the disks volume lable, e.g. "Eigenschaften für (C"

Observed result
(since recently) ros does display "Eigenschaften für C:\" including an unwanted trailing backslash and lacking the volume label

I do think this is a recent regression. So it might make sense to bisect within recent 0.4.15-dev builds (focusing on commits of January/February 2023).
