MS Train Simulator fails to launch

    Description

      Tested with dev-5761-g139809b-x86-msvc in VirtualBox with FAT32 file system.

      After successfully installing Microsoft Train Simulator, I try to launch the game but nothing happens. 

      Update: Installing the no CD patch helped start the game but now the game crashes after closing ReactX diag.
