SHBrowseForFolder flicker when resizing the window

    Description

      This ticket is solely about the flicker when resizing the SHBrowseForFolder window (which is easily accessible via rapps). When this is fixed, the ticket can be resolved already.

      Sidenote
      hbelusca encouraged me to also upload a video of the Eventvwr event dialog flickering, because he expects this to help to pinpoint whether SHBrowseForFolder dialogs implementation needs the improvement, or something else instead.
