[SNDVOL32] Connection "check" is broken

reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5900-g14cf589-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

while implementation of "connection checking" is done in PrefDlgAddConnection : https://git.reactos.org/?p=reactos.git;a=blob;f=base/applications/sndvol32/sndvol32.c#l220

it does not work : items are never checked.

Left : ReactOS Sndvol32.exe

Right : Win2K3 Sndvol32.exe running in ReactOS
