Customize icon in on a folder magically change it to Read Only

    Description

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5943-g93dface-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Check c:\Program Files : Read only is not checked

      • Customize icon

      • Looking at the previous tab, read only is still un-checked

      • Close property sheet (OK)
      • Check c:\Program Files : Read only is checked while not selected by user

      Program Files is "gred read only" and "Customize" tab is not available.
