Customize icon in on a folder magically change it to Read Only

• Check c:\Program Files : Read only is not checked

• Customize icon

• Looking at the previous tab, read only is still un-checked

• Close property sheet (OK)
• Check c:\Program Files : Read only is checked while not selected by user
