regedit & comdlg32: Choose "Text Files" and entering "filename" generates "filename.reg"

    Description

      After https://github.com/reactos/reactos/pull/5619 .

      Steps:

      1. Open regedit.
      2. Choose registry key and export it.
      3. Choose "Text Files" as File Type, Type "S" and save it:

      4. Saved as "S.reg" (It should be "S.txt").
