the uncommitted fullscreen PRs became useless by 0.4.15-dev-5382-ga2c6af0

According to @thedarkfire the uncommitted fullscreen-PR (#4728) / (#4724) were rendered useless by 0.4.15-dev-5382-ga2c6af0 . I have not double-checked that claim yet, but found it worth to add that information here.

We are not enitrely sure yet, whether those fullscreen PRs are entirely correct. But since more recent Wine versions do use variants of that code, I do assume that they are ok, and that we do have a bug in 0.4.15-dev-5382-ga2c6af0
