    Description

      This issue is a follow-up of IME/IMM support CORE-11700 since 2023-10-26.
      It covers the following features:

      1. TSF (Text Services Framework a.k.a. Cicero).
      2. CUAS (Cicero Unaware Application Support).
      3. Chinese/Japanese/Korean IME/IMM support.
      4. Console IME Input.
      5. TSF support of Keyboard Switcher.
      6. CTF IMM.
      7. IME Soft Keyboard Type T1 and C1.
