Internet Time tab 'Update Now' sets time 1 hour early when Daylight Time is in effect

    Description

      Verify that the local time has Daylight Savings Time in effect.
      Double-click on the clock in the System Tray to open the 'Properties for Date/Time'.
      Open the 'Internet Time' tab and verify that the check box for
      'Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server' is checked.
      Now click on the 'Update Now' button to sync the clock.
      Next, open the 'Date & Time' tab to see the updated clock time.

      Expected result: Time is correct for present local time.
      Actual result: Time is set one hour earlier than the present local time.
