    Description

This is a bug that apparently does not affect the servman binary itself, because I cannot reproduce the bug when using it on Windows XPSP3, I can only make that bug happen if I do use our servman on ros:

      Reproduction steps

      • open servman and watch which services are displayed as running
      • open the taskmgr in parallel and kill one of the services, e.g. the spoolsv.exe (Print Spooler is an easy to observe testcase)
      • now refresh the view in servman

      Expected result
On XPSP3 servman shows then properly that this service is no longer running

      Observed result
On ros the service is still shown as running, although it is not anymore
