Explorer : "Rename" from "Folder" pane only work once

"Rename" context menu command in Folder pane added by whindsaks in https://github.com/reactos/reactos/issues/6832 but is broken and only work once

Note : this was ALREADY present using the "in-treeview" edit (but editing treeview note when mouse is left over the object for a few seconds) so https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/11ea1d61982eacc09d5fc60d2cd91c63adca7bbf only enables the easier scenario below but neither unhides nor causes the bug

• Rename "test" as "toto"
• Treeview show "toto"
• Adress bar shows "test"
• Rename "toto" as "titi"
• Treeview show "toto"
• Adress bar shows "test"
• FS at the end : c:\toto
