Copy/Move to folder to a non-existant folder create a ghost file

• Create a folder
• Select and start Copy/Move to folder from Explorer's menu
• While the "Browse for folder" dialog is opened, delete the folder (remains selectable since view not refreshed even manually due to CORE-17340
• Click OK
• A "ghost" file, with the name of the deleted folder and content of the selected file is created

• Expected result : Error message and no action.
