      Reported against: livecd-0.4.15-dev-8219-ge8b88cf

      Happens in LiveCD when selected UI language that has file types containing non-latin characters (CJK, Russian, etc.)

      _ILGetFileType, _ILGetExtension, _ILGetDrive etc. must be Unicode:
